Welcome to Sunset Horizons. It is an AU Twilight RPG ranging from medium to advanced roleplaying. Bella never jumped off the cliff, but there's another danger to her life and everyone else's that brings the Cullens back to Forks. We are just starting out and need many canons, but we accept original characters as well. Look around, and if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask an admin.

The Rules;;
I. Signing Up
• You can register as any name you want since you'll be able to change it later. But it helps if you sign up with something relative to the character you want to audition for. Don't change your display name until after you've been accepted. When you have, you must change your name to your character's first, middle, and last name- all lowercase. If the character doesn't have a middle name then that's fine.
• You must be active. No joining and then disappearing or your character will be taken away. We want the plot to progress and that won't happen if no one is around to roleplay. Canons should be on at least four days a week, especially ones critical to the story. Originals should be on at least three days a week. And when on, try and respond to something. Don't just look around and leave.
• Just so everyone knows, this site will be R-rated. Mature themes are allowed so just be wary. If people are going to have a mature roleplay you must warn us in the title, anything to get the point across that there is r-rated content inside. We don't need younger members stumbling across things like that.
• As always, no posting before you're accepted. If you do this then your application will be automatically denied. It doesn't take that much will to wait for an admin to accept you, does it? It shouldn't be long before you're accepted so all you have to do is wait.
• Place this at the end of your application to let us know you read the rules: "So how was it possible that the sun was rising now, right in the middle of my midnight?"
• If and after one is accepted, we want you to make some sort of post in the next two days. Either start your own thread or reply to another. You joined to roleplay, at least we hope that was you're reasoning, so we want to see our members do just that.
II. Characters and Profiles
• A person is only allowed to have one canon character under their belt. Having more than one just divides focus and you should be completely devoted to your character. If you think you are capable of handling more then one then PM an admin and we can discuss it. But absolutely no more than two! For original characters, one person is allowed to have two accounts. If you want a third, then PM an admin.
• Avatars and signatures shouldn't be inappropriate images. No nekkid pictures of your characters and nothing of them in "tempting" positions. None of us really need to see that. And make your your avatar and signature aren't huge and take up half the page. Avatars should be 100x100 and the maximum size for signatures can be 300x500.
• All play-bys should be real actors/actresses. No drawings, and no non-famous people. For canons, your play-bys should be the ones from the movies. Edward Cullen should use Robert Pattinson and Emmett should be using Kellan. If you have someone else in mind then PM an admin and we might let you change it.
• No mary or gary-sues. Come on, people! No one is perfect, we all have flaws. If your character is made to be a god or goddess on earth we'll tell you to fix it or there is no way you're getting accepted.
III. Roleplaying
• All roleplays shall be written in third person. No "I's" and absolutely no "you's". We might even be willing to let first person slide, as long as their are no roleplays in second person. But try and stick to "he's" and "she's".
• Literacy is key when posting. We all took English/Grammar classes at some point in our life so let's bring those valuable lessons on over here. Don't write like a four year old or in any type of slang. Spell out everything and make sure it's spelled correctly. If you have problems with slight mistakes in your writing that's fine. Try and type things in word beforehand though, it'll usually catch the mistakes you missed.
• This site is medium to advanced so there are going to be some long posts on here. The longer the better really. Short posts are perfectly fine though, as long as they don't get too short. One-liners are unacceptable. Give your fellow members something to work with. All posts should have a minimum of 300 words; that's not really asking a lot.
• Absolutely no god-moding! There is no point for you to control the actions of other characters when they're more than capable of doing it themselves. If you control someone else you'll get a warning. If you do it again you'll lose your character.
IV. Others
• When posting, don't make your fonts any large sizes or super bright colors. It's okay if you make titles and stuff like that larger, but if you're replying to something in the chat board, it's not okay to make your font size 10 and hot pink or lime green.
• Be nice and respectful to other members. It's fine if your character hates another but don't bring that fight into real life. Any signs of rudeness, cruelty, or anything of the sort will result in you being banned. The length of your ban will depend on just what you did.
• Have fun! This is exactly what the site was made for.
